Don't forget to take time out for yourself by...
* taking a hot bath, doing your nails, soaking your feet, just relaxing;
* going for a walk;
* calling a friend; or
* reading a book;
Yes, mommies deserve a time out too now and then. Relaxing for a bit makes us better mommies. :)
